For the blondies:

200g plain flour

½ tsp baking powder

 

For the cream cheese swirl:

250g Paysan Breton French Sea Salt cream cheese

50g caster sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

4 tbsp strawberry jam (we like Bonne Maman)
