150g Paysan Breton sea salt whipped cream cheese
Ready made naan or naan ingredients
(2 tbsp. softbutter, 100 ml milk, 5g of yeast, 320 g flour, 125 g natural yogurt, 1 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. fines herbs,)
1 large sweet potato
1 red onion
1 large handful of walnuts
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. If making the naan, heat the milk, stir-in the yeast and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
Mix the flour, butter, yogurt, olive oil, salt and fines herbes together. Add the milk, then work the dough until smooth. Add a little flour if needed. Cover with a damp tea towel for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough to approx. 0.5 cm thick on a floured worktop. Brown in a frying pan over a medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side, covered with another frying pan to make it soft. Peel the sweet potato and slice it thinly. Bake for 15 minutes. Finely slice the onion.
Spread the cream cheese overthe naan, add the sweet potato, chopped walnuts and the slices of red onion. Bake for 8 minutes. Drizzle with maple syrup, sprinkle with coriander and rocketand serve.
