Ingredients: 80g Paysan Breton Sea Salt whipped cream cheese
2 knobs of butter
4 slices of bread
2 tsp. chutney
A few fresh salad leaves
3 tbsp. agave syrup/honey
Slice the onion into thin strips. Brown the onions with a knob of butter in a saucepan. Cook for 10 mins. Add the honey/agave syrup. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly, until the onions are brown and very soft.
Spread the slices of bread with thecream cheese. On two slices, spread a little chutney, add the salad leaves and the onions. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Place the remaining slices on top and fry in a frying pan with a knob of butter until both sides are golden brown and crisp. Enjoy hot.
